Ever since I was little, ever since I was little it looked like fun
"There was something so pleasant about that phase, even your emotions had an echo in so much space"..
oh my GAWD. yanik, that's it. this is THE one. i thought for a long time about if this one outdoes your one of B at uncle dom's party, for me...and i really think it does. as a photograph, it just has so much quality, it has so much personality and spirit and clarity. it's so clear and well defined and so specific : it couldn't be about anyone else in the world but our very own manekha.
mon has grown to be such an amazing and complex person, no longer the simple girl with the simple worries and the usual life. she is now an embodiment of all things so wonderful and unique : and i have never ever seen a picture of her (and there have been many) that shows us this more than this one does. its not just the photograph, its your creative tryst in which you've worked on it to highlight just the right things : the daring nail polish, the bohemian hair, the infamous wristlets...
of course, mon is, as ever, the ever beautiful one...so glamorous and vibrant and just so...beautiful.
